Billing and refunds

These are the proposed arrangements for paid Bloooom by Zaltt subscriptions. Live paid checkout is not open. Trials are free while payments are being set up. Request a trial. No payment is taken here.
Monthly subscriptions
Section titled “Monthly subscriptions”Paid plans would bill monthly and renew until cancelled. Paddle would be the reseller and Merchant of Record, handling checkout and payment refunds. The selected plan, monthly amount and renewal terms must be shown before payment is confirmed.
See Plans and allowances for the proposed prices. There is no annual billing offer in this proposal. A free trial enquiry does not create a Paddle subscription.
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on any plan. No explanation is needed. Email sales@zaltt.com or contact Paddle with your order reference and the email address used for the order. Do not send card details.
Paddle handles the payment refund. No bank processing time is promised here.
Cancellation
Section titled “Cancellation”After the first 14 days, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. There is no partial-month refund unless the law or a service failure requires one.
Use the subscription management link supplied by Paddle, or ask Zaltt for help at sales@zaltt.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. If you also want a refund of a payment already made, ask for it separately. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Getting access
Section titled “Getting access”Unmesh replies personally and currently supplies the plugin as a zip file, with a security code if needed. Access codes are issued and managed manually. Each person needs their own code for one computer. Paid access and cancellation must be checked against the payment record; automatic activation and deactivation are not being promised.
